Management Team

Anthony is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at OMS. As CTO, Anthony is responsible for managing all of the company’s technology operations including desktop support, telephony, dialers, network, internet, and security.

Anthony has over 16 years experience with an extensive background in computer systems and security.  His professional experience began in 1991 as a programmer with Computer Associates International, one of the largest business software companies in the world.  At Computer Associates, Anthony was promoted several times during his tenure. Lastly, he was Manager of Technology Consulting where he was responsible for the activities of over thirty technology consultants.

Anthony earned his BS in Computer Science at Dowling College in New York. He continues his education through frequent participation in advanced technology training, IT seminars, and collection conferences.
