OMS has considerable experience helping clients to effectively manage their delinquent receivables and continue to retain their valued customers. OMS understands the importance of avoiding collections by contacting customers early in the delinquency cycle. Since there are a wide range of reasons why an account goes delinquent, OMS has a wide range of first party care tools, including web dialing, letters, phone calls, dispute resolution processes and media request fulfillment. We provide a tailored, customer service approach to assist customers in fulfilling their financial obligations.

OMS will contact recently past due customers in the client's name. Typically, OMS will lead with calling campaigns, which are more effective than written notices. We strive to identify any disputes and differentiate between problem customers and debtors. First Party Care will lead to focused collection efforts for customers who are unwilling to resolve invalid disputes or pay overdue accounts.
