OMS has a unique alliance with a law firm that specializes in debt recovery.  Due to this alliance, OMS has the capability to engage a variety of legal remedies to aid its collection and recovery programs nationwide.  Legal strategies can be deployed at any stage but usually are withheld until recovery efforts have failed.  OMS will track, monitor and settle accounts placed with our strategic legal partner, or an outside attorney network for debt recovery, bankruptcy or probate.  Because OMS effectively has an in-house legal team, we can execute legal remedies quickly and cost effectively.
