6-1-01 Oxford announces the retirement of its Chairman of the Board, Richard A. Pinto, PhD. Management takes this opportunity to express our most sincere appreciation to Richard for his drive, direction and guidance over the years. Dr. Pinto will still maintain his title of Chairman of the Board.

5-1-02 Oxford takes pride in announcing that its Chairman of the Board, Richard A. Pinto, PhD., has been awarded the Eisenhower Commission for his dedication to the election process.

6-1-02 Peter C. Pinto has been appointed by the Board of Directors to the office of the President in addition to chairing the management committee.
