Dr. Richard Pinto
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Richard Pinto has been retired from daily active participation since 2002. He provides advice and counsel as chairman of the board.

Richard is Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of OMS.  With over 30 years of experience in the accounts receivables management industry, Richard’s leadership is an integral part of OMS’ growth and success.  Prior to joining OMS, Richard held senior management positions at several collection agencies and began his collection agency experience in sales and operations at Dun & Bradstreet.

During his lifetime, Richard has been awarded the Presidential Medal of Merit by both President Ronald Reagan in 1988 and President George Bush in 1990. He is also a recipient of the Eisenhower Award and has been recognized by the Republican National Committee for Business Excellence. Richard believes strongly in giving back to his community. His charitable and philanthropic work has been recognized by the NYC Rescue Mission, the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, the Make a Wish Foundation, the Suffolk County Police Athletic League and the St. Jude Foundation.

Richard holds an MBA and Ph.D. from Southwest University and earned his undergraduate degree at St. Francis College in New York.
